Planning for Quality of Life and Health

The current base planning process has unintentionally created an environment that does not support the unique health and wellness needs of today’s military. Bases and host communities must plan jointly to create readiness, resilience, and to ensure the availability, acceptability, and affordability of resources where and when soldiers, family members, retirees, and civilian employees need them.
